EXOA has worked with major clients including Ubisoft, L'Oreal, and Meta, bringing AAA game pipeline experience to independent projects like Mindsight Journey.
The studio specializes in Unity development, VR/XR experiences, and interactive applications, with deep expertise in real-time 3D rendering, audio processing, and cross-platform deployment.
Anthony Kozak
Founder & Lead Developer
Anthony Kozak is a senior full-stack developer and game engineer with over 16 years of professional experience. His career includes work at Ubisoft in both Montreal and Lille, where he gained deep expertise in game development pipelines and interactive media.
After extensive personal research into mindsight and eyeless vision practices, Anthony built Mindsight Journey to make these training techniques accessible through technology. The app combines his game development expertise with evidence-based approaches to brainwave entrainment, cardiac coherence, and blindfolded perception training.
Anthony's journey into this field began when he discovered researchers and practitioners who had been training people to perceive without their eyes for decades. Realizing that no structured digital training tool existed, he applied his experience building interactive applications across 50+ projects to create a progressive, module-based system that guides users from foundational breathing exercises through advanced perception challenges , all with the immersive quality that comes from a game development studio's output.
Through his own practice of cardiac coherence breathing and blindfolded perception exercises, Anthony experienced firsthand the gradual awakening of non-visual perception , starting with faint color impressions and progressing to shape recognition over months of consistent training. These personal experiences, combined with witnessing dozens of participants in Vision Without Eyes seminars develop their own mindsight abilities, convinced him that a technology-assisted approach could make this training more accessible and structured for practitioners worldwide.
His unique combination of game development expertise and direct involvement in the mindsight community allows him to bridge the gap between cutting-edge interactive technology and ancient perceptual training methods. Every module in the app reflects both technical precision and practical insight gained from real training sessions with practitioners of all ages and backgrounds, including blind and visually impaired individuals.
Our Mission
We believe that the ability to develop inner sight is available to everyone, regardless of physical vision. Mindsight Journey was created to provide a structured, technology-assisted path to exploring and developing these perceptual abilities. The training methodology draws on decades of research into cardiac coherence, brainwave entrainment, and blindfolded perception , areas explored by scientists at institutions including the HeartMath Institute, the Monroe Institute, and universities across Europe, Russia, and the Americas.
The training methodology is informed by the work of the Vision Without Eyes community, which organizes seminars for mindsight practice worldwide.
We are committed to accessibility. The free Blind Mode version of the app ensures that blind and visually impaired individuals can access mindsight training at no cost.
